How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Marketjordan Heating & Air does not have technicians. What we have is a network of independent local HVAC providers. These are separate businesses with their own staff, vehicles, and prices.

When you reach out, your request is routed to a provider in the network who serves your area. That provider is the one who talks with you about the work.

What Happens After You Ask

Say you send a request on a rainy evening because the furnace stopped. Here is the usual path.

  • You describe the problem and your address.
  • Your request goes to a provider who covers your area.
  • The provider contacts you to ask a few questions.
  • You agree on a visit, or you say no thanks.

Call hours vary by provider. If you prefer the phone, Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

Ask before you hire. Here are questions worth asking, plus what a good answer sounds like.

  • Are you licensed and insured for this work in my area? A good answer is a clear yes, and they are happy to share details.
  • How do you charge for the visit? A good answer explains the diagnostic fee and whether it applies toward repairs.
  • Will I get the quote in writing? A good answer is yes, before work begins.
  • What caused the problem? A good answer is plain and specific, not a cloud of jargon.
  • Do you have other options besides replacement? A good answer compares repair and replacement honestly.

Red Flags

Pause if you hear any of these.

  • Pressure to decide right now.
  • A price that changes with no explanation.
  • Refusal to put anything in writing.
  • A big replacement pitch before anyone inspects the system.

Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so a written quote matters more than any number you hear first.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for another estimate. You can sleep on it. You can say no.

We stay out of the pricing and the work. Referral, not repair.
